This includes following up on administrative affairs, issuing administrative orders, and coordinating work among various departments and divisions. Vision, mission and objectives of the Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs Vision To stimulate administrative work and achieve high levels of fluidity in providing administrative and financial services to college members, in accordance with the legally mandated instructions and regulations The mission Monitor the progress of the college's administrative, financial, and technical units and ensure that all possible facilities are provided to place employees in positions that match their qualifications and abilities, in a manner that serves the college's interests and objectives. In addition, facilitate the work of all absentees in accordance with the regulations and instructions related to their attendance, daily and periodic leave, seniority grants, bonuses, and rewards, and issue related administrative orders. Objectives Achieving the following administrative and financial objectives: 1. Achieving high levels of fluidity in coordinating the work of administrative and technical staff within the college, based on the need for their services within the college. 2. Issuing administrative orders related to appointment, placement, confirmation, and retirement upon reaching the legal age of the employee concerned. 3- Monitor all equipment, supplies, and furniture entering the college and distribute them to academic departments, branches, and administrative units. 4- Submit recommendations to the college deanship regarding promotions for administrative and technical staff. 5- Send letters of thanks and appreciation to outstanding administrative and technical staff within the college. 6- Signing leave and endorsement letters granted to employees, as well as awarding letters of thanks and appreciation and financial rewards to outstanding employees within the granted authorities. 7- Transferring administrative and technical staff according to the needs of academic departments, divisions, and administrative units within the college. 8- Granting maternity permission to female faculty and staff who have left the college. 9- Signing administrative orders related to promotions and bonuses due to employees. 10- Signing disbursement checks related to salaries, daily wages, bonuses, incentives, etc. Duties and authorities of the Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs 1- Cooperate with the Dean in managing the college's staff, formulating future plans, and setting the college's administrative and service objectives. 2- Provide administrative support to the college's academic departments, divisions, and administrative units. 3- Monitoring employee attendance and dismissing employees who do not obey to the official working hours. 4- Distributing administrative and technical staff to academic departments and administrative units. 5- Managing the work of the administrative and financial units, as they are linked to the administrative assistant. 6- Monitoring maintenance and service work at the college. 7- Monitoring the process of receiving mail, reviewing its paragraphs and content, and instructing units and divisions to take the necessary action within the powers granted to them in accordance with the instructions. 8- Monitoring the work of salary disbursement committees and other financial matters. 9- Participating in all events and activities held at the college. 10- Monitoring civil defense patrols within the college. 11- Chairing several committees that fall within his administrative jurisdiction. 12- Signing all mail that falls within his administrative authority.
